I'm going to try this again and hopefully get into the habit of posting at lease weekly. It's not that I don't have the time, especially with this pandemic, to keep this blog current, I just get wrapped up in other projects. Before I know it the weeks fly by.
Here's one of the reasons I get so wrapped up in a project. Several months ago I decided that I needed a photography/camera system that would be less physically demanding on this older person I've suddenly turned into. Consequently, I went with the Olympus OM-D Micro 4/3 system. Now, my weight and size of the Olympus Kit compared to the Nikon D500 Kit has been nearly cut in half. More importantly, I haven't seen any notable loss in quality in my photography by using the Olympus Micro 4/3 system. The learning curve of the Olympus menu system has been a little challenging, but, entertaining and fun. I'm so pleased with the results that I have just about decided to sell/trade some of the Nikon gear. More on that later. Coming Attractions: Macro/Closeup Photography. Here's a few teasers.
