Another Cedar Wax wings arrival

Surprise, surprise, I thought the Cedar Wax Wings stopped migrating through this area in early January.  However, a group of about 75+ stopped by today for a mid-morning snack, before heading further south.  As I said in an earlier post, I've been trying to photograph these birds for the past 3 years and this month I've been lucky enough to photograph them twice.  The looks of these birds just fascinates me.  The smoothness of their feathers, coloring, and the masked face are so interesting.
As an aside, I'm not very knowledgeable when it comes to plants, trees, and shrubs. Can someone tell me what tree this is?  The seeds/fruit?, appear to look like a bunch of miniature grapes.

I can't wait to get my new camera and lens so I can take pictures of cedar waxwings too. They were my mom's favorite bird. I'm so happy to even have a small chance of seeing them!

Hi Chris.
Glad you like the pics.
What camera/lens did you decide on?

Hi -
I have not bought one yet. I'm considering the Canon EOS 80D or 90D because they are similar to the last two cameras I have owned (the 20D and 60D). I was looking at a lower cost 100-400 Zoom lens with image stabilizer made by Tamron. I'd love that flexibility and it would go nice with my other Canon lenses. I do own a 70-300 old Canon Zoom lens I had for my film cameras that still works with the digital. But it's shaky when lengthened. I like to be able to quickly point and shoot rather than using a tri-pod - but I do have a nice tri-pod, too. Any suggestions? I have to save up. Meanwhile, I'll use my iphone!
